Obituary

Wilma L. Vance passed away from this life on July 26, 2015 at age 79. She was born November 12, 1935 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to David and Lillie Mae Williams. Wilma loved animals so much she started working as a dog groomer. She is survived by her husband Jesse Vance; children: Becky Grove, Dennis Basset and step daughter Sherry Vance; Grandchildren: Dana, Zachary, Nick, Chloe, Terry , Timothy, Nathan and Nick;sister: Sue Pirtle; brother: Wendall (Diane) Reeves.
