Lele grew up attending From The Heart Church Ministries of Tulsa as a young child. She attended Sankofa Charter school and North Star Academy, where she graduated. As a young adult, she was determined to find her path, exploring interests in cosmetology and pharmacy. Despite the challenges she faced, Lele was a hard worker, known for her resilience and ability to make the most of every situation.

Lele is survived by her two beautiful daughters, Zyla and Zy’ori, whom she loved with every fiber of her being. Dequez Isom, her significant other and her siblings Scott, Sabre,La’Zerrick jr, Lazaria, and Lazadrian. Her grandmother’s Sharon Butler(Larry) and Pam Turner. Zalia is also remembered for her strength and loved by all of her family,(aunts, uncles, cousin, nieces, nephews and friends).

Lele is preceded in death by her brother, Serricko Turner, and her grandfathers, Tracey Perry and Alfred Fisher.

The family would appreciate thoughts and prayers for Lele’s daughters, Zyla and Zy’ori, as they navigate this difficult time.

Rest in peace, Lele. Your memory and love will live on through your daughters and the lives you touched.

Sending love and prayers to the family of LeLe. I’ll never forget her smile and charisma. She was a Savvy kind of girl. She was like a sister to my granddaughter Sharmaya. I’ll never forget her because we have the same nickname. I told her one day that there was something about her that was different! I will miss her!
