Obituary

Teresa Gail Wade, 51, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away surrounded by love August 26, 2015. She was born January 19, 1964 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Jack and Wanda (Rutherford) Turner. Teresa was a former nurse and a foster mother for over 20 years. She will be missed and remembered every day. She is survived by her loving husband, David; children, Daniel Wade and his wife, Talitha, Benjamin Wade, Amber Wade, Andrea Wade, Felisha Wade, Nina Wade, James Wade and Lucas Wade; grandchildren, Isaac, Eli and Oliver; siblings, Linda Bertalot and husband, Lee, Bobby Turner and wife, Debbie, Patty Mayes and husband, Ted, Sharon Tallman and husband Phil, Tammie Hanger and Johnny Turner; sister-in-law, Allison Bowen and husband, Kevin, father-in-law, David R. Wade; over 200 beloved foster children and a great host of nieces, nephews and friends. Teresa is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Wanda Turner and her mother-in-law, Dora Wade. Viewing will be held 12:00pm-8:00pm Saturday, August 29, 2015 and 12:00pm-6:00pm Sunday, August 30, 2015 at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2:00pm-5:00pm. Funeral services will be held 1:00pm, Monday, August 31, 2015 at Skelly Drive Baptist Church.
