Obituary

August 7, 1982 – October 15, 2013 On October 15, 2013 with the passing of Billy Ray Carter, Jr. at St. Francis hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this world felt a huge loss but Heaven welcomed one of their own. Billy Ray who was born August 7, 1982, in Claremore, Oklahoma was 31 years old. Although he didn’t live long on this earth, there wasn’t a person that he came in contact with that didn’t recognize his virtues and values. He was kind, gentle by nature, and he loved family first, football, and cars. When Billy Ray passed from this world to be with his Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, he was surrounded by his family. Billy is survived by his mother, Rhonda Carter, son Blake Ray Austin Carter, grandparents Gammy and Papa, Billy and Sherry Hickman, sister, Sheresa May Carter, brother, Matthew Paul Carter, and a host of other relatives and friends. The viewing will be at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home on Thursday October 17, 2013, 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The Funeral service will be on Friday, October 18, 2013, 2:00 pm. Revelation 21:4 King James Version (KJV) 4And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Please sign the guestbook and share a memory.
