Miss. DonToya Lashelle Billingsley of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on September 11, 2021. DonToya was born on July 12, 1986 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Elmer Palmer and Debbie Billingsley.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 24, from 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 25, 12:00 p.m., at Varick Chapel AME Zion Church, 2716 N. Yorktown, Tulsa, OK.

My dear friend from us growing up on 53rd st north and attending school together, your son when he was younger attending my child care I never thought I would be writing this. The Lord decided to take you home no more suffering. You were here on this earth for a short time but you were able to spread your love and teach your son the ropes of life. I use to love seeing you post on facebook because you were a very fashionable person and you always rock whatever style to the fullest from make- up, clothes and etc. I love you girl rest in Love!!!
