Obituary

Fred Elroy Tucker, born on April 18, 1951 to Bert and Alice Tucker in Tulsa. On February 12, 2016 Fred passed away from this life in Tulsa. Fred attended Dunbar Elementary and graduated from Booker T. Washington. Being a carpenter he was a  giving person, often helping his friends work on houses. Fred loved to cook anything, except pork. One of the last things he cooked was brown beans with smoked turkey necks. He would listen to any type of music, dancing to any song that came on. Fred loved his family, trying to be a good dad to his children, protecting them from the harder side of life. During his later years, Fred came to attend church, often attending three in the same day. He is preceded in death by his parents Bert and Alice Tucker; son: Lamarrio Hunter; brothers: Albert, Earl and John Tucker. Fred leaves behind to cherish his memory his children: Valarie and husband Charles, Marlon, Kendra, Marlo, Christopher, Christy and Shaletia; sister: Betty Hope, along with a host of other relatives and dear friends.
