Obituary

Nibblin’ on sponge cake Watchin’ the sun bake All of those tourists covered with oil Strummin’ my six string on my front porch swing Smell those shrimp they’re beginnin’ to boil Wastin’ away again in Margaritaville Searchin’ for my long lost shaker of salt Some people claim that there’s a woman to blame But I know it’s nobody’s fault Don’t know the reason Stayed here all season Nothing to show but this brand new tattoo But it’s a real beauty A Mexican cutie How it got here I haven’t a clue Wastin’ away again in Margaritaville Searchin’ for my lost shaker of salt Some people claim that there’s a woman to blame Now I think hell it could be my fault Visitation for Mr. Nickle will be held Wednesday, June 5, 2019 from 2pm-8pm, at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home. I was blessed to meet Greg when he felt the need to rehome his gorgeous dog Ginger and brought her to me for boarding and to help him with finding her a forever home. He asked me to keep her and I declined him since I have a small home and board dogs for a living, as she would take up a boarding spot. I said I would help him find her a forever home. I quickly fell in love with her and she seemed quite happy to have a job being in charge of the other guest dogs. Well as Greg intuitively knew, I was her forever home, she wasn't going anywhere. She was under three years old at the time he brought her to me, and this month, on the 21st, she will celebrate her 6th birthday. We will have a party for her and I know Greg will attend from heaven. He had the kindest heart, a warm personality and truly cared for those he loved. I wish I had known him better. I will be forever grateful to him for bringing Ginger into my life. I have always said it was a match made in heaven and I thank God for Greg and the miracle of love he brought to me through Ginger. God bless you Greg. I know you are reaping the grand rewards for living an extraordinary life. You will never be forgotten.
