Mrs. Hazel Lee Ervin-Walker was called to her Heavenly home on January 25, 2023.

Visitation for Mrs. Ervin-Walker will be held on Friday , February 2, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 3, 3:00 p.m., at Calvary Baptist Church in Sapulpa, Oklahoma.
