Obituary

Helen Ruth Manuel Roberson was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on May 27, 1946 to Nolen Manuel and Willie Mae Fears. She graduated from Booker T. Washington High School and attended many churches during her lifetime. She was a loving mother to her three children, Jacqueline Roberson, Arthur Roberson and Jan Yvette Taylor. She continued to show that wonderful love to her nine grandchildren. She leaves to cherish her memory her children and grandchildren; three sisters, Nolene Palmer, Barbara Jenkins and Shirley Mayes, one brother, Joe Manuel; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Russell Roberson. Helen will stay in our hearts long after we say goodbye. We will remember her love for God, her love for her family, and her love for her friends. Funeral services for Helen Ruth Manuel Roberson will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, November 18, 2010 at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home with burial to follow at Rolling Oaks Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2010 from 9am-8pm.
