So privileged to have met James and get to know him. He was a very special soul, and always had a smile to greet you. He will be sorely missed. James has a very lovely family. Wayne was a wonderful soul. I will truly miss my big brother. I remember as a kid being a typical kid being noisy I over heard Wayne telling his dad James C.Parker that he knew that Sandra was the one for him.I know that Wayne was close to his mother Dorthy and I know that he is reunited with hid mom in heaven. Big bro do me a favor give my mom a big hug for me and Henry. Thank you for being a wonderful big brother and welcoming Henry and I into the Parker family.
