A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 pm on both Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22 at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 E 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104. Her mother’s family will be in attendance from 4 to 6 pm on Wednesday.

Jeana was born April 28, 1980 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Jackie (Braswell) Rogers and Ed Foster.

Jeana grew up mostly in Owasso, Oklahoma, but did live for a while in Sapulpa. She graduated from Owasso High School in 1998. During her childhood, Jeana was active as a Magic Empire Council Girl Scout, beginning as a Daisy, then Brownie, and finally Junior Girl Scout. Jeana loved to hang out with her friends, and as she grew and moved to Tulsa to be on her own, her friends remained a huge part of her life.

Jeana and her partner, RC Cline, lived in Tulsa with their canine companions, Piper and Boo. There were many events that she and RC attended annually, and especially loved attending musical events at the BOK with RC. You could always find her outside in the sun, as she enjoyed laying out at Safari Joe’s, watching the animals and enjoying the beautiful hibiscus flowers of the Tulsa Zoo rainforest exhibit, and eating roasted corn on the cob at the Tulsa State Fair. She also loved to go thrift store shopping with her mom and sisters. Jeana loved all of her family very much, and helped plan a family reunion of her mother’s kin that was held in 2019. She loved planning for family events, and was already asking Jill for cake ideas for a baby shower 4 months away. She was looking forward to the birth of her sister Jill and boyfriend Ryan’s first baby, Elliott. She enjoyed spending time with her sister Kendra and husband Beau’s children, Abigail and Jacob.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Daniel Foster, her step-father, Arthur Rogers, her beloved paternal grandmother Norma Brashears, maternal grandmother Noveline Braswell, her grandfathers Don Brashears, William E. Foster, Jesse Braswell, Aunts Mary Hensley and Kay Collins, and her cousins Rebecca Marie Borton and Anthony Don Blakley.

Survivors include her longtime partner, RC Cline, of the home, mother Jackie (Braswell) Rogers and partner Fred Monroe, Collinsville OK, father Ed Foster, Tulsa; sisters Jill Rogers and partner Ryan Werner, Tulsa, Julie Rogers, Collinsville, Kendra Biffle and husband Beau, Sapulpa; brothers Gabriel Matney and wife Tami, Bowling Green, Ohio, Jeremy Glasco, Avant, OK; Aunts and Uncles Judy and Robert Borton, Electra, Texas, Joe Collins, Sand Springs, Mike Braswell, Mannford, Steve Hensley, Mannford, Tom and Mary Braswell, Oilton, Susan Blakley, Electra, Texas, Stacy Bryan, Mannford, Vickii Brashears, Oklahoma City, OK, CJ Herbeck, Mystic, Connecticut, Eric and Pam Foster, Fort Worth, Texas; Niece and Nephew Abigail and Jacob Biffle; Dozens of cousins, second cousins, and a Multitude of Friends.

I will always cherish my memories of spending time with Jeana as a little girl. We would play with her Barbie collection for hours and I remember getting to see the massive handmade doll house my Uncle Eddie was building. My brother Justin and sister Christina with Kendra and Jeana would create elaborate haunted mazes out of sheets and scare each other silly and then have a sleepover. Jeana was a couple years older but was sweet and patient with us younger cousins. I’m glad I have these memories but wish that we had been closer and I had more to cherish. Rest In Peace Jeana.

  5. Tonya Treat says:

    Hugs,
    Tonya Treat and family
