Obituary

Joe Charles Stansill, age 51, of Grayson, Kentucky, passed away Friday afternoon, October 16, 2015 at Community Hospice Care Center in Ashlund, Kentucky. Joe was born March 14, 1964 in Claremore, Oklahoma, to the late Henry Joe and Phyllis (Murdock) Stansill. Joe was a member of the Grayson Free Will Baptist Church and a self-employed carpenter. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, working on, as well as buying and trading cars Joe is preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Keelly Stansill. Joe is survived by his wife of 23 years, Shelby Deason Stansill, four daughters, Cortney Howard, Kayla Stansill, Christian Stansill, and Madison Preston, all of Grayson, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, two brothers, John Lipp of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Bohnm Stansill of Denver, Colorado; three sisters, Elaine McCance of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, Kemberly Robertson of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Deborah Stansill of Tulsa, Oklahoma as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Wake Service is scheduled for Thursday from 6:30-8:30PM at the family home in Broken Arrow. Graveside Services are scheduled for 11:00AM Friday at Vernon Cemetery in Coweta, Oklahoma.
