Kimberly Ann Ragland, 29, died May 9, 2011 in Tulsa, OK. Kimberly is survived by her parents, her children and many other loving family members. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at the Cathedral of Praise, located at 4600 South 129th West Avenue, Sand Springs, OK 74063.
