Obituary

A graveside service for Mr. Coker will be held on Thursday, February 8, 11:00 a.m., at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.

Lee J. Coker Jr (Coker) was born July 23,1938 to Lee Coker and Willie Mae Standard in Byhalia, MS. He served his country honorably and proudly with the U.S. Air Force. 

In later years Lee J became a Assistant Vice President-Regional agency director for Universal Life Insurance covering multiple states. He was also an avid motivational speaker producing cassettes on Selling for Success, motivation/training and self help. 

Lee J had a fondness for gardening,reading & music. 

He is survived by his wife of 56 years Emma Jean Coker, daughter Cyd Chere Freeman, sisters Marilyn , Colanthis & brother Augustine. He is preceded in death by his son Lanzy Lamar Coker. His memory will be carried on by a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, family and friends.
