VIZCARRA, Lois Elizabeth, 83, died on December 28, 2009, in Tulsa, OK. She was born on February 25, 1926 in Hictha, OK to George and Ida Sage. She worked as a health care provider. She is survived by husband, Humberto Vizcarra; daughters: Judy Garrison-Moeller (Keith Moeller); Paula Skelton (Alvin); 16 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Bob and Jim, and numerous siblings. Viewing will be at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 E. Third St., Tulsa, OK, on Wednesday, December 30, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2009, at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tulsa, OK, with Reverend Tony Marlor officiating.
