Obituary

Monty Wayne Handley was born on September 1, 1953. He was raised in Sand Springs, Oklahoma by his mother, father, and his aunt and uncle who were like parents to him. They instilled in him his faith in God.

Monty enlisted and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps.

Monty met and married his wife, Kathy Handley. Together they were blessed with a beautiful daughter, Angela with whom he would have by his side until his passing.

His dad helped him start out as an electrician and general contractor. Not only did he enjoy helping build homes for others, he also took on “projects” by helping others help themselves. He was a great listener and encouraged others in their lives. He was very much loved and will be greatly missed.
