Obituary

Vera Elizabeth Branham, born May 23, 1942 in Monaca, PA, to Paul Reynolds, Sr. and Vera (Young) Reynolds died Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at her home in Tulsa, OK.

She is preceded in death by her first husband, Virgil Sherrill, and daughter, Pamella.

She is survived by her current husband, Joe Branham of Tulsa, four daughters, Nanette Ritter of Tulsa, Christine Hatcher of Mascoutah, IL, Dora McDonald of Collinsville, Frankie Jo of Tulsa, three sons, Mark Sherrill of Tulsa, William Sherrill of Collinsville, and Carl Sherrill of Mascoutah, IL, and her step-son, Joe Branham Jr. Her brother, Paul Reynolds Jr. of Monaca, PA, 14 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Vera drove school bus for Tulsa Public Schools for over 20 years.  She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and traveling. 

She is greatly loved, and will be missed.

Memorial services for Mrs. Branham will be held on Friday, January 28, 10:00, at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, followed by visitation until 5:00 p.m.
